Yet another time when I had absolutely nothing to do with an idea, but wow do I feel lucky to have been a part of it. This photo is currently my favorite combination of colors and inspired me to expand my collection of blue china which was almost non existent until Jen Rios contacted me about using plates for this shoot. If you've picked up a copy of My Wedding Magazine lately, you'll see this gorgeous photo featured on the back page.
Vibrant in Green
I was a little hesitant to pair these patterns together, but I love the way everything turned out. The bold plate colors complement the other bold elements of this shoot. I love love love the bouquet and the succulents used on the table, especially since it can get a little hot in Texas. Check out the rest of this shoot on 7 Centerpieces.
Natural Bohemian
When Ashley and Evelyn, from Wildflower Weddings and Events, came to pick out plates for their shoot I was so happy when they chose a few patterns that don't often get showcased. They really took the time to search and it was fun to go through the stacks with them. I love the simplicity of this table setting for two, and those fab blue coupes... not mine! Those belonged to Evelyn's grandmother and I am oh so jealous of them. I love Smitten Magazine so seeing this shoot on their blog was a sweet surprise.
Tuscan Inspiration
You know when you have absolutely nothing to do with an idea but it turns out beyond fabulous and you get to take some credit? Yeah, that's this shoot. Query Events contacted PLP about providing the plates for this Tuscan inspired setting and I was so excited when she chose our new pink plates. The color combinations are amazing and I cannot get over those florals. Check out Burnett's Boards for the full feature.
Taylor + Matt
I don't get to see the final product on every wedding we do, so I'm always excited when a photographer or a planner does a blog post on it. I can thank Grit + Gold for this post on Taylor and Matt's wedding, and they can also be credited with the fabulous styling! I love Artspace 111 not only because my husband and I were married there, but because it's such a versatile space. I was SO excited to see the way our vintage plates were mixed with modern, colorful elements. It all blends perfectly and creates such a fun look. Love Taylor, love her fun style, really loved that her guests didn't eat all of the macarons and Payton from Grit + Gold packed up a box for me to take home and eat. #perk This wedding was also featured in Brides of North Texas, so you can check out even more photos here.
